DAY 1-ARRIVAL AT ENTEBBE
On your arrival, you will be received by the company driver guide and drove to your hotel at Entebbe for relaxation.
DAY 2- NGAMBA ISLAND
Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary was established in October 1998 to care for orphaned chimpanzees that had been rescued from poachers by the Uganda Wildlife Authority, and are unlikely to survive.
It is readably seen spanning 100 acres of land engulfed by a rain-forest situated a short boat ride of about 23km away from Entebbe, near the Equator in Lake Victoria, Uganda. If you are doing the morning session, you will set off at 9:00am, and 12noon for the afternoon trip to Ngamba Island session.
It supports a rich diversity of natural wildlife, ecological plant species, thus providing a variety of natural foods for the chimpanzees. Our Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary is really an amazing experience.
Have an encounter with the friendly Chimpanzees in the habituated sanctuaries, enjoy a trek on Uganda Island learn so many things like how they move, feed, climb trees and their ability to listen and interpret some of the man’s sign language, the nature walks on Uganda Island.
Return to Entebbe for dinner and overnight at your accommodation.
DAY 3- TRANSFER TO KIBALE NATIONAL PARK (5hrs)
After breakfast, our guide will transfer you to Bwindi impenetrable park for gorilla trekking; Bwindi is home to half of the remaining world population of the endangered Mountain Gorillas. Arrive by afternoon, lunch, dinner and overnight at the accommodation.
DAY 4- GORILLA TREKKING IN BWINDI
Early breakfast. Our guide will transfer you to the information center. Get briefed about gorilla tracking in Bwindi Forest. After the briefing, the local guides and rangers will take you on a thrilling hike through the impenetrable forest in search of the mountain gorillas. After the gorilla trek, have lunch. Later embark on a return trip to Entebbe.
